We are excited to offer you the service of pre-ordering your NB goodies online to make it easy for you to order your favourite goodies to have on hand at home or purchase as gifts for friends and family.

When placing your order, please allow at least 3 business days for it to be lovingly hand-crafted by our team.

In Townsville, once you enter your address you can select the option to pick up your order from our NB kitchen at Unit 8, 197 Ingham Road in West End. Our pick up days and times are:

Thursday 3-5pm, Friday 3-5pm  or Saturday 8-midday (or by prior arrangement)

Please indicate your preferred pick up date at the checkout and confirm with the team prior to pick up.

Alternatively you can choose to have us deliver your order by selecting air express at the checkout. The AUS-wide flat rate express freight shipping charge will be applied ($8.95 for non perishables, $12.95 for chilled shipping for perishable items) to your order. 

We also stock the full range of NB treats, make-at-home mixes and Heavenly Hazel at our Nook cafe. If you prefer, you can come into the Nook cafe and choose from our selection of treats in the cake cabinet. For orders of $30+ we are happy to gift box your selection for you.

CATERING

We would love to help make your celebration, wedding or business event extra special with our delicious and wholesome treats platters and special cakes.

Just a few things to note when placing your order:

• Please place your order at least 3 business days before you require it.
• All items are to be paid in advance via direct deposit or credit card payment on the website.
• Townsville orders will be available for pick up from the Nourishing Bites commercial kitchen in Townsville. Orders can be delivered at a cost of $12.95 per order
• All items are supplied freshly bake and have a two week shelf life if stored in a refrigerator at or below 5 degrees celcius. All items can be frozen for up to 12 months to extend shelf life.
