As an Indigenous-owned small family business, we are proud to be launching our new Native Australian Collection as part of this year's NAIDOC week celebrations from 4-11 July.
Infused with the unique and delicious flavours of Australian Native Botanicals - Lemon Myrtle, Davidson Plum and Rosella, we are paying tribute to and celebrating the amazing Indigenous botanicals utilised by our First Nations Peoples for their culinary and medicinal benefits. Our Native Australian collection represents an opportunity for us all to support Indigenous economic development and agriculture in Australia.
Nourishing Bites is honoured to present this Native Australian Collection of treats to honour and support our rich cultural heritage and Indigenous perspectives.
We are really proud of the delicious flavour combinations that we have created for our chocolate bark utilising Australian native botanicals to give them that super special, unique flavour. Our delicious flavour combinations are:
- Roasted hazelnuts, rosella, freeze-dried raspberry and wattleseed bark
- Cranberries, pistachios and peppermint gum
- Dried mango, dried pineapple, toasted coconut flakes and Kakadu plum
- Roasted macadamias, dried blueberries, toasted coconut flakes and lemon myrtle
Your gift pack will contain 150g of mixed bark pieces.
