HEALTHY BREAKFASTS 'ON THE GO' WORKSHOP
A great, nourishing breakfast sets us up beautifully for the day, but it can be really hard to find the time to make (and eat!) a wholesome breakfast. Instead, we either end up grabbing something that's not so great for us or end up skipping it all together and over-snack to get us through to lunchtime. Sound familiar?? I know it used to be that way for me!
In this 3 - 3 1/2 hour workshop I'll show you how to make our favourite quick and easy breakfast baking recipes so that you can prepare a batch of wholesome breakfasts in advance and never have to miss breakfast again. They can also be easily be eaten 'on the go' if you're time poor like me and don't always have time to sit down at home for breakfast! They include:
- Our famous gluten and dairy free toast with great topping ideas (served at The Nook)
- Slow-cooked baked beans (both ham hock and vegan beans)
- Banana and choc chip pancakes (vegan friendly)
- Heavenly Hazel coconut bowl (vegan friendly)
- Banana bread (vegan friendly)
You'll learn how to make all of these breakfast items from scratch, take lots home with you for the family to try, and of course receive full recipes and methods so you can make them yourself at home.
* All treats will be gluten, dairy and refined sugar free with vegan options for every item.
